Yucaipa Bartender Andrew Barajas Launches Bartender Training Program

For Andrew Barajas, bartending is about much more than serving drinks.

It's about hospitality, professionalism, responsibility, and helping people create memorable experiences.

After years of working in a variety of bartending environments, from neighborhood establishments to higher-end venues, Andrew has launched Bombastic Boozeslingers Bartending training in Yucaipa, a hands-on training program designed to help aspiring bartenders build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the industry.

"I teach technique, technique, technique," Andrew says.

Andrew currently offers small-group instruction and works directly with students throughout the learning process. He believes individualized attention helps students gain practical experience while building confidence behind the bar.

One of the things Andrew enjoys most about bartending is creating a balanced experience for customers.

"The most enjoyable part is making a balanced drink and knowing someone had a great experience," he explained.

For him, bartending carries a significant responsibility. Creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and safety is an important part of the job.
